This website

The site uses no advertising or tracking tools. The fonts are served from this site itself, not from a third party. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attack.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form on the contact page is provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which stores form answers and uploaded files in the European Union. When you open the contact page, the form is loaded from Tally’s servers. Apart from this form, the site sets no cookies.

When you contact me

If you write to me, I use your name, contact details and the information you send only to reply, to prepare a quote and, if you commission work, to carry it out (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoicing records are kept for seven years, as Austrian law requires.

Your essays and application materials

Your essays, CV and other application materials are confidential. I use them only to work on your application, share them with no one, and never publish them or use them as examples without your written permission. I don’t put your materials into AI tools. Working copies are deleted twelve months after our work ends, unless you ask me to keep them for a later application.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
